Welcome to The Olney Lace Circle Website

St Josephs

St Joseph's Convent, Olney
where our Circle Meets

The Olney Lace Circle held their inaugural meeting in February 1980 with a handful of members. who got together at the end of 1979. It has gone from strength to strength, we now have over 30 members and have just celebrated our 40th Anniversary. See 'About Us' for details.

The logo is a frying pan with a lace bobbin for a handle which was designed by Lesley Hancon, one of our members. Olney is famous for its pancake race, which has been run on Shrove Tuesday for centuries.
